1. Acceptance of Terms

Service Scope: The Platform provides digital services, including but not limited to virtual currency or digital items ("Services"), as described on the Platform.

3. User Obligations

Compliance: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, third-party platform policies (e.g., Steam), and these Terms.

Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details (e.g., Steam account information).

Prohibited Actions:

Fraudulent activity (e.g., unauthorized payments, stolen credentials).
Disputes/chargebacks after payment (see Section 7).
Exploiting Platform vulnerabilities or automated scraping.

4. Orders & Payments

Order Finality: Orders are irrevocable once submitted. Double-check all details (e.g., Steam ID) before confirmation.

Payment Requirements:

Payments must match the invoice amount exactly. Underpayments will be canceled; overpayments are non-refundable.
Currency conversion fees, taxes, or bank charges are your responsibility.

Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify delivery methods or service types to fulfill orders, at our sole discretion.

5. Delivery & Refills

Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Delays due to technical issues, third-party platforms, or force majeure events do not warrant refunds.

Refill Policy: Refills for eligible orders are subject to service availability. We are not liable if a service becomes discontinued or incompatible.

6. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable:
1. Completed or partially completed orders.
2. User errors (e.g., incorrect account details).
3. Fraudulent activity (results in account termination and revocation of Services).
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued solely for undeliverable orders, at our discretion, via the original payment method (where legally required).

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Zero Tolerance: Disputes, chargebacks, or payment reversals after a completed transaction will result in:

Immediate account termination and revocation of all delivered Services.
Permanent ban from the Platform.
Legal action to recover losses (including legal fees).

Resolution Process: Submit support tickets within 48 hours of order completion. Unresolved issues may escalate to arbitration (see Section 12).

8. Privacy & Data Security

Data Collection: We collect minimal data (e.g., Steam ID, email) to process orders.

Data Usage: Personal data is never sold. Third-party payment processors handle financial transactions; we do not store payment details.

Security: Data is encrypted (AES-256) and stored on secure servers. However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

User Rights: Request data deletion via [email protected], subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., fraud prevention).

10. Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Services are provided "as-is." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.

Liability Cap: Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the respective order.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., wars, natural disasters, third-party outages).
